Wansbeck Matters 1pm – 3pm The Bayard Traditional Proggy Mat making—2nd & 4th Monday of each month.  Just turn up to take part in this friendly group.
Transitions Youth Club 4:15pm-5:30pm The Sidings Open youth club for anyone in years 4, 5 and 6.  Activities include Pool, Table Tennis, Table Football, Arts and Crafts and more.  £1 entry.

Strokesense Stroke  Support Group 1pm—3pm The Bayard 3rd Monday of every month.  Those suffering from Stroke and carers of Stroke patients.  Just turn up to take part.
Zumba 7:30pm-8:30pm Platform 1 Zumba exercise class.
Tuesday Walking Group 10:30am The Buffet Car Weekly Health Walk group run by Active Northumberland.  Meet in The Buffet Car community café to leave at 10:30am.  Walks led by trained volunteers.  Free to participate.  Wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear.  Please come for 10:15 for registration on first meet.



Meditation for Wellness 8pm-9pm The Sidings Suitable for   anyone aged 7 and over.   Meditation is x4 more effective than sleep, reduces  feelings of stress. We have a range of volunteering and work experience opportunities.
